Description
A unique experience awaits young people in the COLOURS Youth Project 2025: they can take part in a creative workshop with KOMOCO / Sofia Nappi. Together with the experienced dance teacher Carmen Scarano - an integral part of the THEATERHAUS+ productions - the young people create a five-minute choreography that is the result of an intensive creative process. Trust, cooperation and the integration of cultural diversity take centre stage. Young people not only learn new dance techniques, but also experience how the international dance world is characterised by cultural encounters - a valuable experience that they carry into their own lives.
Performing the show as a supporting act for the Gauthier Dance JUNIORS gives the young people the opportunity to be part of a professional dance production and to present their results to an audience as part of the COLOURS Festival. The project is aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 18, including young people with refugee experience as well as socially disadvantaged and queer young people.
