We generally recommend that you travel by public transport. You can find your most suitable connection, or what you need to bear in mind if you are traveling by car, here.

Yes, on rainy & cold days our checkroom in the basement is open for you. You can leave your jacket or bag for a checkroom fee of €1 .

On days when our checkroom is closed, you can leave your jackets and bags in our lockers in the basement .

We ask you to store large & bulky items such as rucksacks, suitcases or umbrellas in our lockers or at our checkroom - these are not permitted in the event halls for security reasons.

You can recognize our evening staff by their red lanyards with the tags “Service”, “Security” or “Evening service”. We look forward to help you!

If, exceptionally, there is no evening staff in sight, our staff at the Theaterhaus box office will be happy to help you.

Yes, both in the restaurant, as well as at the indoor bars in the building. In summer, our beer garden and an outdoor bar invite you to linger. All information about our gastronomic offer can be found here

No, neither food nor drinks may be taken into the hall.

Please be at the Theaterhaus in good time before the start of the event. The regulations for late admission depend on the event. In principle, there is no right to late admission after the start of the event. If late admission can be made possible, there is no entitlement to the booked seats.

In order to protect the art & our artists, as well as to give our audience (including you!) the best possible event experience in the Theaterhaus, photo, video and sound recordings are strictly prohibited.

Please also refrain from using your phone during performances and mute it.

In principle, the same rules apply when leaving the event hall as for late entry.

You can see whether your event has a break before the start of the event on our “Heute” board, on the boards on the doors of your event hall or ask our staff.
