Ticket information

You can purchase Theaterhaus vouchers at our box office or online. You can use them for all events at the Theaterhaus, including the entire stage programme of the COLOURS International Dance Festival.

Unfortunately, there are no special vouchers that are only valid for COLOURS events and in the COLOURS design.

Yes, there are discounts for certain target groups at designated events, e.g. for children, school pupils, students, trainees, people with disabilities and unemployed people.

These tickets can only be issued on presentation of a valid proof.

Yes, for all events at the Theaterhaus, tickets* are valid on the day of the event three hours before the start of the event and after the end of the event as a VVS ticket for outward and return journeys until closing time (all public transport within the Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart (2nd class) within the area of validity of the VVS community rate, including night buses).

Please note: This only applies to print@home tickets if the first name and surname of each individual passenger was entered during the ordering process and the ticket has been printed out.

*Free, service and honour tickets are excluded. Only tickets labelled with the VVS logo.

Advance booking reservations are valid for a maximum of 7 days.

Reservations for the box office for the same day must be collected from the box office no later than 30 minutes before the start of the show. After that we have to put the tickets back on sale. 

There is a service charge of 3.50 € per order for sending tickets. 

Tickets purchased at the box office or ordered by telephone via our ticket hotline can be refunded up to one week before the event for a service fee of €2 per ticket.
